The Cloverly Community is a 374 EDU (Equivalent Dwelling Unit) community planned to also include an apartment building and a senior living facility (see attached plan and maps on the following page).
Cloverly will be located at the intersection of MD-64 and MD-77 inside the municipality of Smithsburg, MD in Eastern Washington County.
Project has received all necessary entitlements, and earthwork is planned to begin in the next 12 months.
Cloverly will includes a “commercial corner” with a proposed grocery store which will benefit both the development and surrounding locale.
Commercial Lot #1, which is the direct corner of Cloverly, is leased to a Major Mid Atlantic C-Store + gas station user.
Commercial Lot #2 and Commercial Lot #3 are 57,205 sq ft and 47,871 sq ft respectively. CL#2 and CL#3 combined is 105,076 sq ft. CL#2 and CL#3 are both zoned GC (General Commercial) within the Town of Smithsburg.
